The most comprehensive cases studies are from the Australian Royal Commission and sites that have heavily relied on that inquiry and its related cases. There are several additional cases and case studies included in the list below, which we mostly credit to the New Zealand site: “Abuse in Care – Royal Commission of Inquiry.” It includes analysis of the Australian Royal Commission in addition to many additional cases.

It should be noted that many of the claims found in the documents below that were made by Witnesses, including elders and even a Governing Body member, are now out of date. The Watchtower Society has made claims in the past about policies that would never change. Cases such as the ones detailed below have clearly pressured the Society to make welcome changes to their stated policies.
